In 2006, Olivier Charlet became head chef of Le Jardin des Frenes restaurant. After a few years researching the various cuisines of France, Canada, Belgium and Corsica where he was documented in several Cuisine Magazines and guides like the Gault & Millau, Olivier now shares his experience with guests of Le Jardin des Frênes. Highlights include Light Bavarois of Funnel accompanied with some Bâtonnets of Pancetta (Corsican delicatessen). |
