Le Jardin des Frenes, the restaurant of Hostellerie Les Frenes, is located near Avignon in the heart of the Provence, one of the most authentic gastronomic regions of France.
At the restaurant enjoy a glorious journey through Provencal and Mediterranean cuisine interpreted through the contemporary workings of chef Olivier Charlet, who offers a new perspective on traditional regional fare.
Decorated in traditional Provencal style with walnut woodworks, oak floor and coloured beams, dinner is also served on the outside terrace under the shades of the Plain trees during summer.
From generation to generation, the kitchen of Le Jardin des Frênes has symbolised the spirit of culinary continuity and tradition. Using only the finest and freshest local ingredients, it now offers markedly new renderings of historic dishes.
Opening hours Restaurant closed for lunch on Monday and Saturday
Lunch from 12.30 until 2.00pm Dinner from 7.30pm until 9.00pm
From 16th September until 3rd November the restaurant will be closed on Monday for lunch and dinner. |
